The Second World War affected the lives of so many people that today, sixty years after the end of hostilities,
many everyday citizens continue to house original artifacts.  Either their own or left behind by friends or family
members who participated in the war.  These artifacts have fortunately been saved but, sadly, a large number
sit in closets, basements and attics unnoticed and time has begun to wear them down.

It is important that these items be found, preserved, and maintained so they withstand the test of time and
speak to future generations of the sacrifice placed by so many for their benefit.

The Museum collection houses objects which document the storied history of World War II, and we are
constantly seeking to acquire new artifacts to add to our base.  By donating artifacts, you can be assured
that your cherished history will be in the best possible care and enjoyed by the public.
We welcome the donation of artifacts regardless
of size or perceived significance.  From vehicles,
uniforms, equipment and weapons to personal
memorabilia like medals, dog tags, photographs
and scrapbooks, all are historically significant
and wanted for placement in future exhibits.

Please talk to us about any item that you wish to
donate.  You will be appropriately acknowledged
when making a donation, and your gift is fully tax
deductible.
